Pay As You Go

Pay-as-You-Go Plan ($125/hour)

Monthly Commitment: Pay in advance for the upcoming month, commitment is determined monthly.
Reserves Your Specialist’s Time: Ensure dedicated support for your child.
Flexible Rescheduling: Parents can reschedule sessions within the month, given at least 24 hours notice.
No Shows/Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice results in a loss of the session.
Monthly Billing: Billed on the 1st of the month based on agreed hours for the upcoming month.

Semester Schedule

Semester Schedule ($115/hour)

Duration: 5 months (August-December or January-May); Continued commitment is determined before each semester.
Free Sessions: When sickness or unexpected changes happen, we understand! It can be challenging to make sessions up and frustrating to lose money. In place of makeup or lost sessions due to sickness or unexpected schedule changes, you are given 2 free sessions throughout the semester for a total value of $230. If you need to cancel a session due to unexpected events (like sickness or a family emergency), you will not lose money, for up to 2 sessions. If you don't have as many cancellations you will receive the extra sessions, free of charge! Unexpected cancellations beyond 2 sessions will be billed to ensure the specialist's time is reserved.
Flexible Rescheduling: If you anticipate an occasional upcoming change, you can reschedule with more than 24 hours notice.
Schedule Changes: Mid-semester changes are possible if they fit the tutor’s availability.
Early Termination: 1-month tuition fee for early contract termination.
Tuition Model: Pre-calculated number of sessions divided by 5 months.

School-Year Schedule

School Year Schedule ($110/hour)

Duration: 10 months (August/September-May)
- only offered prior to, or at the beginning of, the upcoming school year
Free Sessions: When sickness or unexpected changes happen, we understand! It can be challenging to make sessions up and frustrating to lose money. In place of makeup or lost sessions due to sickness or unexpected schedule changes, you are given 4 free sessions throughout the school year. If you need to cancel a session due to unexpected events (like sickness or a family emergency), you will not lose money, for up to 4 sessions. If you don't have as many cancellations you will receive the extra sessions, free of charge! Unexpected cancellations beyond 4 sessions will be billed to ensure the specialist's time is reserved.

Custom Intervention Packages

We understand that every student’s needs are unique—and sometimes our standard pricing plans aren’t the perfect fit. That’s why we offer custom packages tailored to your student’s specific goals, schedule, and support needs. Whether they require a shorter-term boost in one area or a more intensive, year-long program, we can design a plan that works for your family.

Custom packages can include a combination of our services, from academic intervention, executive function coaching, SAT/ACT prep, résumé building, and/or career exploration. We’ll work with you to create a program that meets your priorities, stays within your budget, and delivers the level of personalized support your student deserves.

State ESA

Some states offer financial support to homeschool families. This is called ESA money. Rather than sending the money to a local public school your child is not attending, the state government allows families to use a portion of that money on alternative forms of education for their child. Depending on the state, this can include private school tuition, tutoring/intervention, athletics, etc.

Erin Luchterhand Coaching is working to become an approved vendor in a variety of ESA states. If you live in an ESA approved state, and are looking to support your student virtually, please reach out to use at: erin@erinluchterhand.com to see if we are on the ESA Vendor list in your state!

Important Details for All Plans:

New Clients: It is recommended to start with the Pay-as-You-Go plan to ensure a good fit and long-term recommendation. After one month, you can choose to switch to the Semester or School Year plan for a discounted rate.
Autopay: Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
Prorated Costs: For mid-month start dates.
Late Payments: Sessions are suspended after 10 days of non-payment.
Tutor Cancellations: Sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
